Hello,
I would like to make a 3D simulation of a thin film folding around a solid cylinder. I attached a picture of what my geometry would look like at the beginning. At the end, I want to be able to make the sheet conform to the cylinder. However, I am not sure what is the best physics model to do that. Should I use Solid Mechanics and apply a uniform force on the sheet? If so, what would my boundary conditions be? Or should I go with a surface tension model?
Thank you for your help and your time.
Julien
