I am solving a heat transfer problem in shell and tube heat exchanger with a solid liquid interface location.
In this case I am using the phase change material ( Paraffin material) in shell side (i.e. lower temperature) which is melted when a heat transfer fluid ( water) which is flowing in tube (i.e. Higher temperature).
I run the simulation for time 1h. During this time 1h the tube side paraffin material is started to melt and there is solid-liquid interface are observed and the natural convection started with the velocity observed in the shell side.
Now my I would like to show or plot the melt fraction or melt font. But I could not obtained the melt fraction or melt font.
Can anyone suggest me how I have to plot the melt font or melt fraction.
Thanking you in advanced.
Sincerely,
Vinay Patel.
