Error in stationary study

I am trying to analysis capacitive microphone using perforated diaphragm by COMSOL 4.3. Using Electromechanics physics.But while doing stationary study, the following error shows up**,which I understand is usually due to poorly formed boundary conditions.
How can I form boundary condition to have comsol complete this simulation.??

singular matrix
There are 21399 void equation(empty rows in matrix) for variable mod1.u at coordinates:(0.0002665,0.0005,1e-006),(0.00026524,0.0005,1e-0006),(0.00026519,0.0005,0),......
and similarly for degree of freedom(empty columns in matrix)
Return solution is not converged.
