How to specify mesh velocity in 2D axisymmetric problem??

can anyone tell me how to specify mesh velocity in 2D axisymmetric problem??
i have spherical geometry in a semi definite domain.i have modelled the problem in 2D axisymmetric way.

i have given certain velocity to radial part of the geometry..but not sure how to give mesh velocity in axial direction??
