Moving mesh in 2D axisymmetric time dependent problem

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I have been dealing with 2D axisymmetric time dependent problem in which my geometry shrinks with time.
so i want to solve that problem with "moving mesh" physics along with physics of the problem.
1) I have problem in specifying mesh velocity and mesh displacement for the geometry.
2) should i specify any mesh velocity and mesh displacement along the axis also??

for example if i have a sphere that shrinks with time...it can be simplified by assuming 2D axisymmetric problem.
so my co-ordinate system will be cylindrical.

3)my another question is that if we specify r,z components of mesh velocity will that be suffice to account for shrinking of the sphere??

Thanks
