Material Functions not available?

Hello,

I want to heat water by microwave.

Setting fixed values for the water properites subdomain gives me a nice heating curve.

but when using the functions of the material library, my model won't run no more.

Error: 6297
Polynomial piecewise functions cannot be evaluated for complex arguments.
- Function: mat8_rho_liquid_2
Failed to evaluate variable.
- Variable: rho_htgh
- Defined as: ((mat8_rho_liquid_2((T/unit_K_cf))*unit_kg_cf)/(unit_m_cf^3))
Failed to evaluate expression.
...
..

I can see the plots of the Temperature dependant material properties, but it seems it does mean there are used for computing..
Or am I missing some "multiphysic" setting?
rfwe and htgh are activ.
coupling over the energy input for the water subdomain as Qav and Qmav.

why does it run with constant scalars, but not with the functions?

Thanks

Lukas
