Hi,

I am a new user of COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS. I need to define a rectifying metal semiconductor contact. I am in a dilemma defining the boundary condition at the contact point of METAL-SEMICONDUCTOR.

Will it be the same boundary condition of that of P-N junction or differs from it? If differs, What exactly the changes will be?
