How to create Loops for fluid flow

Is anyone knows how to create a loop in comsol multiphysics, so that the flow passages are repeated with some increments?
I have a solid bed at high temperature trnasferring his heat to a fluid during a certain time, but in the results I just got some fluid temperature peak and then it cool down.
It will be very helpful to have some clues. Thanks in advance.
