Dielectrophoresis simulation

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi all,

I am working on 2D dielectrophoresis simulation in comsol. I have built 2D rectangular area with 2 small rectangular electrodes at the bottom and excited with AC source. I use electrostatic ,frequency domain physics
and give positive potential to one electrode and negative potential to other electrode and frequency in the study field. I notice that the electric field generated in the result does not change with change in frequency.
for a fixed voltage input, when i change different frequency values, the electric field across the electrodes does not get changed. i do not know if there is any mistakes in the physics settings. i have cross checked with lots of people and none could solve the issue. can anyone suggest step by step approach for solving this problem??

thanks
hari
