regarding the function in parameter

while in parameter I am using a flowrate as a function of cell voltage its not working but when I give the value for flowrate its working
when I am running the simulation with flowrate as a function of cell voltage its following error
Undefined value found in the in equation residual error
There are 16 degree of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable mod!.wH2O
