Monte carlo+Optimization

Hi all,

Does anybody used Monte carlo simulations for their optimization model? Is there any tutorial about doing optimization by using monte carlo in comsol?
As far as I know from COMSOL4.3a, they added monte carlo method to the optimization module.

I would appreciate your answers, and thanks for help in advance.
