Import matrix of conductivity

I have a very simple question. I have searched around, but I have not found the answer yet. However, I surely know it should be somewhere.
I have a matrix of 1000 x 1000 x1000. Each element of this matrix is a real positive number, which indicates the hydraulic conductivity of that element. How can I import that matrix into Comsol to build up a cubic domain for seepage simulation. Dimension of element is given.
