Could not resolve domain relations

I tried to import Geometry via ECAD (ODB++) but I got Error: Could not resolve domain relations.
Board has 2 layers. One metal layer is imperted normally but second layer report Could not resolve domain relations.
1.) Which ODB++ format is acceptable for Comsol?
2.) what could be reason for Error: Could not resolve domain relations?
