Coefficient form PDE in two domain with thermodynamic equilibrium

I will model water diffusivity in a sphere with two domain, one inner core and one outer shell, with Coefficient form PDE interface in COMSOL. The water contents of the two domains is not equal and related by a thermodynamic equalibrium relationship. How to reflect this relationship in COMSOL?
