joule heating physics under cryogenic conditions

Hi,

I am working on joule heating physics under cryogenic temperatures. My model consist a copper disc of 50 mm diameter and 5mm thickness. This disc is made to dip in liquid helium at 4.2K . I am exciting this disc with a point current source of value 0.01A and a ground point respectively. Also applying convective heat flux on all faces with known heat transfer co efficient (h) values. I have given Initial temperature value as 4.2K also T(external) value as 4.2K. After simulation entire domain seems to be at 4.2K, not even a single milikelvin raise in the temperature. I also changed initial values to room temperature but after simulation it would display me the uniform room temperature again . I haven't made any separate domain for liquid helium, i have just applied temperature with h value.
so to get varying temperature profile due to this excited current source on my copper disc do i need to make it adiabatic by providing thermal insulation on all faces ie neglect convective heat flux . I am so confused with boundary conditions in heat transfer physics.

Since i am a new one on this tool ,Can anyone help me out to get the temperature profile on copper disc due to current excitation maintained at 4.2K.
