Continuity Boundary Condtion

currently, to impose a continuity boundary condition between two adjecent domains with different concentration fields (say c1 and c2), I use a matching concentration boundary condition (so: on the boundary of the c1 field I impose c1=c2 and vice versa). This approach does work, but more properly would acutually be to impose an equal flux (thus: J_1=J_2; D1*dc1/dx = D2*dc2/dx). I was thus wondering if there is a way to define it this way in COMSOL, thus acessing the derivative on the boundary.
