[htgh + chns] V3.5a. Tolerance Issues

I am running a natural convection model with a transient analysis but I have some problems with convergence once a fluid begins to flow (I am trying to set up a natural convection loop). I sent an email to COMSOL and they said, that it could be the tolerances and told me to tune them. However I am still unsure how this is done correctly. I would be very grateful if anyone could shine some light on this matter.
