Failed to find consistent initial values. Last time step is not converged.

I'm trying to solve a time dependent heat transfer problem coupled with a stationary laminar flow problem. When I make a time-dependent study (see study 2 in my file), it always shows that error. I really don't know the reason. I've researched on this forum but none of the existing responses can solve my problem.
I've attached my file. I appreciate very much your kind help!
