Hi,
I built a capacitor modeling in AC/DC module - elecric currents - frequency domain following the documentation. With the impedance that COMSOL calculated, I calculated the relative permittivity of the material between the plates of the capacitor. Theorically the result should equal to the value of permittivity that is used in the simulation. But in fact they are different, and what's worse, the result of the calculation changes with the variation of the distance between the two plates. There must be a problem in the modeling or in the expressions but I can't figure it out.
