Unsaturated flow with two liquids

Hello! I have a few questions.

In my model, I want to simulate a 3D column full of soil. The soil has an initial saturation level of water with some solute concentration (homogeneous water distribution). A water column above the soil column applies constant pressure on the porous media and seeps through the soil, mixes with the pore water and flows out. The water that flows into the soil has zero concentration of solute.
I use the Richards' Equation model, however I can't seem to find how to set any values for initial saturation levels. I saw in previous discussions "negative pore water pressure", but I don't know where it is or how to set it. I am very very new to COMSOL.

Also, I want to see the behavior of "water1" that is pore water and "water2" which is water without solute that flows in. Can it be done? can I distinguish between the two? see how they mix with time and the changes in solute concentrations in each fraction? I guess I need another model above the Richards', but I don't know which one can help me with this.

The bottom line is, the end product is a breakthrough curve of solute form soil. I am more interested in the two "waters" and their migration in the soil and mixing.

Thank you so much in advance,
Alex.
