Silicon Elasticity

I am running stress calculations with silicon, I have selected the MEMs option such that I have the D matrix set up but I am having trouble working out how I am supposed to define the orientation of my structure. For example if I want it in the [100] direction, I assume it is as simple as how it looks in the picture (i.e along the axis shown) but I just want to confirm.
