Heat flux boundary condition - Weird generation of heat

I have a 3D model of a conjugate heat transfer problem, where i am simulating a flow inside of a channel. I'm trying to simulate the behavior of my problem has real has possible and my heat flux boundary condition is doing some weird stuff. I'm suppose to simulate a heat flux boundary condition H1 ( constant axial wall heat flux with constant peripheral wall temperature) and i assume that the general inward heat flux option is the correct one to simulate this type of behavior, but after analyzing the solution results i have a tremendous generation of heat along the axial direction, with a value even bigger of the one that i imposed on my B.C, but the normal direction and peripheral values make sence.
I can't attach my file, its too big, if anyone wants to check it i can send it, i have COMSOL 4.3.
I tried the other options of boundary conditions in the heat flux, i even tried the boundary heat source boundary condition, and the results were the same.
