How to easily update derived values?

I have a 2D plot of a table of a surface integration in the Derived Values. After I've completed the study with new parameters I always have to first click the "Derived Values" node then "Clear and Evaluate all" after which I can click the 2D-plot. Is there a way to access "Clear and Evaluate all" without having to access the "Derived Values" node first?
