Error in sweep. Incompatible numerical evaluation for table.

I get the error "Error in sweep. Incompatible numerical evaluation for table." when I try to run an optimization study. The stationary study works ok and gives results. It started happening only recently and I dont know where this comes from and what it means. I tried: a) deleting the study and making it again.
b) updating comsol
c) changing the solver and other settings.
Nothing worked so far. It happens after the solver finishes. Does anyone know what it means?
I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look at my model and see if Im doing something wrong.
