Hot-wall furnaces use induction heating and radiation for semiconductor manufacturing and annealing. The ability to couple the electromagntic behaviour of the substrate and slide to electrical resistance and then heat transfer through conduction and radiation makes for a true multiphysics model. The new pre-defined Induction heating Multiphysics coupling makes such models easy to set up. |
