Plasma Module - Species inlet/outflow conditions

Going through the example COMSOL model on thermal plasma with flow and heat transfer (https://www.comsol.com/model/thermal-plasma-8658), there is no inlet boundary condition (in the plasma module, under each species) specified at the bottom inlet boundary. Why is that the case, and are we not missing a boundary condition for the heavy species?
Further, the Ars and Ar+ species have the outflow condition specified in the plasma condition, even though the e- flux is set to zero at the outlet boundary. Does this result in violation of electroneutrality in outflow stream?
