import boundary condition

Hello everyone,

I would like to import data from an external file and use it as a boundary condition on a surface. Does anyone have idea how to do it?
The external data are temperatures in prescribed points (x,y) on a regular grid. I would like to use this temperature distribution as a boundary condition on one surface.

Thanks,
GL

Yes, it's easy, see the section on interpolation functions in the Reference Manual for COMSOL Multiphysics version 5.2, page 270 and following. All manuals can be accessed through File > Help > Documentation.
Best regards,
Jeff
