I am working on FBAR in 2-dimensional simulation.My model is a very simple one which has a piezoelectric substance sandwiched between two electrodes. I took AlN as piezoelectric material and Aluminium as electrode material. I was stuck with some errors like the following one.

Undefined variable.
- Variable: comp1.es.epsilonrmYY
- Geometry: geom1
- Domains: 1, 3

I am unable to solve this issue. I would really like to ask for your favor to give me some tips to solve these errors.
