Is Comsol a appropriate software for designing medical transducer or array transducer?

I know comsol is excellent at acoustic module. However, I want to know if is appropriate for designing medical transducer or array transducer? because there is nearly no template for these type transducers, Is there some disadvantage compared with other software?
