Frequency Detection with Piezoelectric Sensors

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear all,

I am trying to obtain the FFT(Fast Fourier Transfer) of a frequency reading that a piezoelectric sensor is detecting. The layout of my model is two piezoelectric sensors that send frequencies which are at opposite ends of a rectangular platform and one piezoelectric sensor in between them that detects. One of the piezoelectric sensors is emitting a 200kHz frequency and the other piezoelectric sensor is emitting 225kHz while the middle piezoelectric sensor detects. The issue that i am having is that the reading obtained when I apply a time study is that I get a lot of other frequencies, which is not correct, because I should just be getting two frequencies.

How can I possibly fix this? How can I make a frequency study of this model?

Thank you
