Mesh rectangular duct

Hi,
I'm working on modeling a rectangular duct 3D witch dimensions are :

length : 40m
width : 10mm
height : 2mm

the working fluid have a :

Density: 6000[kg/m^3]

Dynamics viscosity: 1.8e-3[Pa*s]

The inlet pressure on the face (width x height) is 3kPa
The outlet pressure is supposed zero
I want to know the velocity profile in the duct

I use fluid dynamics application (Incompressible Navier-Stokes)

Can some body help me to mesh this model and tell me which solver is the best for this model
