Mesh problem

I'm trying to simulate the heat transfer between fluid and solid for two counter current streams flowing in two alumimum channel with 2mm hydrolic diameter (the cross sectional shape is square with round corners) When I try to create the mesh I got a warning message saying "A premeshed geometric entity with inappropriate element size causes low element quality." Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
