No energy conservation when species is included in the non-isothermal flow with mass transport.

We are trying to simulate steady state non-isothermal flow with mass transport using COMSOL Multiphysics. Single phase flow - turbulent flow - k epsilon model is used to simulate the flow dynamics. Heat transfer in fluids is used to solve the energy transport. Transport in concentrated species physics is used to solve the mass transport.
To start with the problem, the flow dynamics and energy transport is solved and it is coupled using the non-isothermal multiphysics coupling, the model is getting converged with appropriate mass and energy conservation.
But when the mass fraction of the species is coupled with the non-isothermal flow, the model is getting converged but there is no energy conservation.
Please provide some feedback on this energy conservation issue.
