error window..

the bigger size is my inlet, and the middle part is a electrical part that produce heat, and the last part is the out let.. i set the first and the last as fluid and the material is air, the middle part(which have alot of wholes) as heat source which have 290W total power. Inlet as 1atm pressure and the outlet is 40.7m/s velocity.
but i cant get the answer.. Why??
It prompt out an error windows : '' Failed to find a solution.Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
Returned solution is not converged.''
