piezoelectric device

Sir
I am using piezoelctric model for my problem. There is no in-built piezoelectric PVDF material. If i am putting the stress-charge form and putting the elasticity matrix and coupling matrix., it is showing error like failed to evaluate material variable like cE33 or eES13 etc. Is it necessary to select strain-charge form because i don't have compliance matrix value. Please suggest me what should i do.
