Pre Stressed modal analysis: Thermoelastic beam

I'm working on a thermoelastic beam under electrostatic loading. I use the Themoelasticity in the structural mechanics module+electrostatics. I'm interested in carrying out the eigenvalue analysis of this beam deformed under electrostatic force at an applied voltage. The thermoelasticity module don't have the option for the pre-stressed modal analysis.
Could anyone tell me how to go about it?
