Calculate Internal Capacitance

Hi,

I just wanted to ask whether it is possible to calculate the internal capacitance of a simple beam piezoelectric energy harvester.

Given we know its dimensions and material properties is it possible to calculate this value. I'm interested in what happens when damage occurs and you lose some of the power generating material (cracks) and the fact this may have on internal capacitance.
