MATLAB function - access to all mesh coordinates and values

I want to create MATLAB function which calculates force in mesh point, but I need to know unknown variable (concentration of diffusion model) in all mesh points and also coordinates of mesh points to evaluate force.

Is it possible to pass whole gemotery (or fem structure) to MATLAB function?

Or I must save my model as m file and acces comsol fem structure as global variable?
